Job summary

Curinos is seeking a Data Product Manager for Methodology & Semantic Governance in New York, NY. You own benchmark methodologies and the semantic layer powering Curinos One, collaborating with Product, Data, Risk, Legal and client teams to ensure trustworthy, reusable data assets.

The role emphasizes governance, data quality, and cross-functional decision-making, with hybrid/remote options for US-based candidates and a salary range of $145k–$155k plus bonus.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Product Management, Data Governance, Analytics, or similar roles.
• Ability to work with data and methodology, investigating datasets and calculations.
• Influence and align stakeholders without direct authority.
• Experience governing processes that people adopt and use.
• Excellent written communication and documentation skills.
• Strong knowledge of retail banking products and data.

Responsibilities

• Define Benchmark Methodologies: standards, rules, calculations, eligibility criteria, and documentation.
• Govern Methodology Decisions and Change: lead review and approval with cross-functional teams.
• Build the Shared Semantic Foundation for Curinos One: steward metric definitions and metadata.
• Steward the Semantic Layer as a Living Asset: maintain data quality and lineage.
• Act as the accountable owner of the semantic layer’s ongoing health, diagnosing and fixing issues.
