Job summary

InductiveHealth is seeking a senior data solutions expert to own and evolve the Microsoft Fabric architecture and BI reporting standards. You will shape its AI-ready data architecture and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, production-ready data solutions.

You will optimize SQL Server performance, manage data pipelines, and ensure observability across the platform while aligning with the company’s mission to stop disease through technology.

Qualifications

• Senior-level experience in data solution design with MS Fabric and/or Power BI.
• Ability to design scalable data architectures and semantic layers.
• Experience with cloud data warehousing patterns and API integrations.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve Microsoft Fabric architecture and medallion layers.
• Develop and enforce Power BI data models and reporting standards.
• Design AI-ready data architecture to support future use cases.
• Collaborate with DBA, DevOps, and application teams on scalable data solutions.
• Monitor SQL Server performance and support high-availability environments.
• Support API data access and exchange across systems.
• Define observability practices across the data platform.
