Job summary

Scotch is building the next-generation operating system for beverage alcohol retailers, combining POS, payments, back office, and e-commerce into a platform for liquor stores. Scotch is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the Data Onboarding team and own the data experience end-to-end—from legacy POS data extraction to go-live.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Product Manager in software or SaaS
• Proven onboarding or implementation experience
• Experience with data problems: ETL, data quality, migrations
• Strategic thinker who ships against near-term roadmap
• Strong cross-functional alignment across diverse stakeholders
• Advocate for eng, onboarding specialists, and customers
• Experience using AI tools to accelerate discovery and automation
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Effective communication with technical and non-technical audiences
• Proactive and comfortable with ambiguity in a startup

Responsibilities

• Own the data onboarding roadmap from legacy POS extraction to go-live
• Automate data cleaning and transformation to reduce install time and cost
• Improve internal tooling used by onboarding specialists
• Ship customer-facing changes for visibility and control during onboarding
• Coordinate cross-functional readiness for installs
• Define product requirements and success metrics
• Plan for self-serve onboarding as automation expands
• Scale onboarding as user base grows
• Leverage AI tooling to accelerate discovery and automation
