Job summary

Digital Resource is seeking an Integration Specialist to focus on integrating enterprise applications used to maintain and update our client reporting platforms. The role enhances business processes by seamlessly connecting systems through SQL queries, CSV file transfers, and API integrations.

A solid technical background, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for streamlining data flow are essential. You will join the Tech Ops Team within our marketing agency and report directly to the Tech Ops

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries for data extraction/ETL.
Hands-on experience with CSV file manipulation and data transformation.
Basic programming skills (e.g., Python, Java).
Experience with API integration tools and frameworks (REST, SOAP, GraphQL).
Experience with Google Cloud Platform for data ingestion and warehouses.
Familiarity with project management fundamentals; Basecamp is a plus.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement SQL queries to extract data from multiple sources.
Create and manage CSV file transfer processes.
Build, test, and maintain API integrations for real-time data exchange.
Troubleshoot integration issues and ensure data flow.
Develop documentation for integration processes including data mapping and SOPs.
Monitor performance and address bottlenecks.
Stay updated on industry trends in integration, data management, and security.
