Job summary

RedSail Technologies seeks a Business Data Analyst (RAS) to drive data-informed decision-making. You will collect, process, and analyze datasets to uncover insights, write complex SQL queries, and develop dashboards using Power BI and Sigma.

You will work with data engineers to maintain pipelines and leverage AI frameworks to enhance outputs. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of experience, with strong SQL skills and the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education plus technical experience (3–5 years).
• Advanced SQL proficiency including joins, CTEs, window functions and large-scale data structures.
• Experience building operational-grade reports and dashboards in Power BI and Sigma.

Responsibilities

• Collect, process, and analyze datasets to uncover trends, opportunities, and program outcomes.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries to extract data from Snowflake, databases, APIs, and spreadsheets.
• Ensure data quality and consistency across platforms by identifying and correcting discrepancies.
• Collaborate with data engineers to design and maintain data pipelines for repeatable, scalable reporting.
• Design dashboards and KPIs using Power BI, Sigma, and other tools.
• Lead projects end-to-end with stakeholder communication and timely delivery.
• Leverage AI to improve efficiency and output quality.
