MeeBoss is seeking a Data Analyst to turn data into actionable insights. You’ll pull information from systems, build reports and dashboards, and answer questions that help teams decide. You’ll work with department heads, finance, and operations to transform raw data into meaningful findings.

Expect SQL querying, dashboards in Tableau/Power BI or similar, and clear documentation for future updates. Hybrid or remote work options are available, and a bachelor’s degree in a related field is common

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in data analysis or BI.
• Strong SQL skills for querying relational databases.
• Experience building dashboards in Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar.
• Proficient in Excel with formulas and pivot tables.
• Ability to explain technical findings to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Extract data via SQL, APIs, or exports to answer business questions.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports.
• Clean and organize data; fix errors and missing values.
• Analyze trends, patterns, and anomalies; summarize findings.
• Work with department heads to define metrics and deliver reports.
• Document how reports are built for future updates.
• Troubleshoot data problems when numbers don’t match.
