Job summary

ODAIA is seeking a Data Implementation Engineer to configure and implement our AI-driven platform for customers. You will partner with Business Acceleration and Engineering to manage all data-related activities, with emphasis on data analysis, querying, and ETL.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in data migration and ETL, strong Python/SQL skills, and experience with Snowflake and AWS. Remote-friendly with a Toronto hub and healthcare/stock option benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with data migration, ETL, and pipeline tools.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Snowflake and AWS (e.g., Glue, S3).
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Experience with APIs and integration frameworks.
• Familiarity with orchestration tools (Dagster, Airflow) and declarative pipelines (dbt).
• Customer-centric mindset and ability to own complex technical problems.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers to discover, assess, and integrate data assets into the platform.
• Define technical requirements with customers and triage reported issues.
• Configure and deploy platform solutions tailored to each customer.
• Build and maintain automated ETL workflows using Snowflake and AWS Glue.
• Troubleshoot data pipeline issues from ingestion to transformation and configuration.
• Own weekly data delivery cycles and ensure on-time, error-free deliveries.
• Identify manual steps and automate to improve scalability.
• Uphold data security and privacy protocols.
