Job summary

Dentsu Merkle in the United States is seeking a seasoned Data Growth / Solutions Architect to lead client accounts across data, analytics and AI. You will drive growth, set program strategy and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact, global programs.

Reporting to the Head of Technology Advisory Services, you will manage $3M+ budgets, engage with C‑level stakeholders, and guide fortune brands through complex data transformations in a fast-paced agency environment.

Qualifications

• 15+ years IT experience enabling growth on data, cloud, analytics and AI projects
• Experience managing programs exceeding $3M in total investment
• Experience with Fortune 500 clients and global brands
• Experience presenting to executives and guiding multi-market programs
• Proficiency with project management tools and marketing tech stacks
• Experience leading large, matrixed teams across geographies

Responsibilities

• Develop account plans for data, technology and AI growth
• Lead cross-functional planning with creative, strategy, data analytics, technology and media teams
• Serve as primary client contact and build strategic relationships across markets
• Lead matrixed teams of 15–30 professionals across disciplines
• Oversee program execution, ensure quality and deadlines across workstreams
• Manage budgets from $3M+ with forecasting, tracking and optimization
