Job summary

True Rx Health Strategists is seeking a Data Governance Specialist to advance our enterprise governance program. You will partner with business and technical teams to define trusted data definitions, strengthen ownership, and drive data quality across multiple systems.

The role requires hands-on SQL experience, 2–3 years in data governance, and strong communication. We offer hybrid work with a 90% remote arrangement and a supportive, pharmacist-led company culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field
• 2–3 years in data governance, data quality, data management, or similar
• Hands-on SQL experience required to profile, validate, reconcile, and investigate data
• Strong written and verbal communication with ability to document rules and data definitions
• Proven ability to document business rules, data definitions, and data-related decisions

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise data governance standards, policies, and stewardship practices.
• Promote adoption of data standards across business areas.
• Participate in governance committees, reviews, and change discussions.
• Identify critical data elements and data quality controls.
• Build and maintain data quality monitoring, scorecards, and reports.
• Investigate data discrepancies and coordinate remediation.
• Validate data structures, mappings, and migrations against requirements.
