Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Business Process Analyst I (BPA) - Data Exchange Analyst to support customers and third-party administrators by establishing inbound and outbound EDI and API connections related to eligibility.

The role demands experience with HIPAA data files, strong Excel and data manipulation skills, and the ability to coordinate between business users and IT. This is a remote, work-from-home position with travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and third-party admins with implementation, testing and support of inbound data connections.
• Troubleshoot transmission or formatting issues.
• Serve as liaison between business and IT.
• Collaborate with vendors to pass data formats.
• Perform thorough user acceptance testing of inbound eligibility files.
• Provide best-in-class service via preferred channels.
