Job summary

Gainwell Technologies LLC is seeking a senior data analyst to lead a small team of analysts or collaborate with others, developing program specifications and mapping documents. You'll perform data analysis to understand transformation requirements and work with ETL/Reporting teams to ensure code meets business needs.

You will define best practices, coordinate with the development lead to assign tasks, and create research and requirement analyses, mapping designs, and present findings to team

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience supporting pharmacy benefit, claims administration, Medicaid, Medicare, healthcare payer, or another highly regulated healthcare environment.
• Seven or more years of experience using SQL to analyze, validate, reconcile, transform, or troubleshoot complex relational data.
• Experience supporting large-scale system implementation, modernization, conversion, or DDI program.
• Demonstrated experience producing source-to-target mappings, interface specifications, data-analysis results, and test artifacts.
• Experience authoring or maintaining ICDs, companion guides, and detailed mapping workbooks.
• Experience supporting CMS or state certification activities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate work assignments for projects with the development lead.
• Create accurate mapping documents according to the mapping process.
• Deliver solutions to ETL/Reporting/Conversion by clarifying mapping details.
• Support DSD creation and response.
• Present analysis and design recommendations to MITA teams, customers or vendors.
• Collaborate with configuration teams and DBAs to ensure synchronization.
• Develop unit tests and validate test plans.
• Update technical specifications and mappings.
