Job summary

Smart Data Solutions is seeking a Data Entry Specialist to join its remote team. You will perform data verification, maintain PHI confidentiality, and ensure data accuracy across health plans and TPAs. The role emphasizes independent work and adherence to business rules.

This full-time, remote position offers a $12 per hour wage, with evening CST shifts 4:00pm–12:00am, and benefits including health insurance, disability cover, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.

What you’ll be doing?

• Consistently achieve both quality and production standards.
• Ability to work independently and quietly with minimal supervision.
• Complete understanding of business rules.
• Review and perform data verification routines in accordance with company procedures.
• Ensure that all Personal Health Information (PHI) is kept confidential
• Make recommendations for improvement or enhancement to job processes to ensure standards in data entry, collection and retrieval.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Hourly Pay and Available Schedule

• $12 per hour
• Full-time openings available.
• Preferred shifts 4:00pm CST - 12:00am CST, Monday-Friday.
