Job summary

Smart Data Solutions is seeking a Data Entry Specialist for the night shift. This full-time, remote role supports health plans and TPAs by processing data accurately and efficiently.

You will verify data, adhere to business rules, and protect PHI confidentiality while learning new systems quickly. Preferred schedule is 4:00pm CST – 12:00am CST, Monday–Friday, with an hourly rate of $12.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieve both quality and production standards.
• Ability to work independently and quietly with minimal supervision.
• Complete understanding of business rules.
• Review and perform data verification routines in accordance with company procedures.
• Ensure that all Personal Health Information (PHI) is kept confidential
• Make recommendations for improvement or enhancement to job processes to ensure standards in data entry, collection and retrieval.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
