Job summary

LexisNexis is seeking an entry-level data verifier to support our operations in the United States. You will verify data from source documents, ensure accuracy, and assemble files following prescribed sequences.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, reliable remote training, and the ability to meet weekly timesheet deadlines. A strong foundation in basic computer applications and solid communication skills are required; U.S. citizenship is mandatory.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to complete remote training.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Able to work full-time remote for 40 hours per week.
• Pass pre-employment assessments and background check.
• U.S. citizen.

Responsibilities

• Verifies data from source documents according to established procedures and rules.
• Verifies data entered with source documents for typographical errors, missing or repeated data, correct use of codes and edits.
• Assembles file in prescribed sequence, identifying and preparing Text, CWU and Drawings information.
• Complete timesheets on a weekly basis.
• Follows standard procedures as outlined by current ISO requirements.
• Performs other job related duties as required.
• Works with clearly defined procedures.
• Acquires basic skills to perform routine task.
• Entry-level business support or operation role.
• No prior training or related work experience required.
