Sales Match is seeking a Data Entry Agent for a fully remote role based in Colorado. You will enter and verify business directory information, apply formatting standards, and maintain accurate records to support colleagues and reviewers.

This contract position requires a 40-hour week, careful attention to detail, and clear written communication with requesters and the administrative team lead. Training on Airtable and standard procedures will be provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No experience required; data entry/administrative experience preferred.
• Familiarity with Airtable or similar databases.
• Understanding of data verification and duplicate detection.
• Ability to follow written examples and avoid assumptions.
• Accurate keyboard entry and sustained screen-based review.

Responsibilities

• Receive and review data entry requests from a shared queue.
• Check names, contact details, codes, and labels for completeness.
• Enter data into Airtable, matching fields precisely.
• Apply formatting standards for capitalization, dates, and numbers.
• Compare entries to source information for accuracy.
• Identify duplicates and flag uncertain matches.
• Ask requesters for missing details through approved channels.
• Escalate issues to the team lead with context.
• Incorporate reviewer feedback and add concise notes.
• Meet quality standards and update queue status.
