Job summary

Crescendo is seeking a Data Entry Specialist to support a boutique medical insurance brand with accurate data entry, quoting, and clerical tasks. You will handle confidential information, work both independently and with a team, and use Excel and Salesforce to produce quotes and proposals.

Ideal candidates possess keen attention to detail, comfort with shifting schedules, and strong communication skills. This is a remote, temporary position with open-to-shift scheduling to meet business needs

Responsibilities

• Enter data from various sources into specified spreadsheets with accuracy.
• Use proprietary software to generate final and renewal quote sheets.
• Create sales proposal documents with Salesforce and HelloSign.
• Verify completeness of data for quoting and request missing docs via Salesforce.
