cewit is seeking a detail‑oriented Remote Entry-Level Virtual Data Entry Specialist in California. You will input customer and order data into our CRM, ensure records are up to date, and maintain accuracy in a fully remote setting with flexible hours.

The role emphasizes data quality, uses Google Workspace and Office 365, and collaboration via Slack, Teams, and Zoom. Part‑time or full‑time schedules available, with a quarterly bonus and a technology stipend.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; certificate in admin/IT a plus.
• Typing speed 55+ WPM with high accuracy.
• Experience using cloud apps (Google Workspace, Office 365).
• Strong organizational and written/verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Accurately input customer and order details into the CRM and data platforms.
• Review, verify, and correct data discrepancies to ensure 99.9% accuracy.
• Organize incoming digital documents and apply consistent naming conventions.
• Collaborate with team via Slack, Teams, and Zoom to resolve ambiguities.
• Run weekly validation checks to flag and resolve data anomalies.
• Suggest automation or workflow improvements to optimize processes.
