• Maintain organized and accurate electronic records.
• Complete assigned work within established productivity and turnaround expectations.
• Review entered information against the original document to verify accuracy.
• Check records for missing, incorrect or inconsistent information before submission.
• Confirm that required fields and information have been properly completed.
• Identify data entry errors and make corrections as needed.
• Perform quality checks before information is published or approved.
• Follow established quality control procedures and client requirements.
• Maintain consistent accuracy across a high volume of records.
• Report recurring data issues, system concerns or process discrepancies to the appropriate team member.
• Meet established quality and accuracy benchmarks.
• Publish documents within the designated system once data has been reviewed and verified.
