Ideal candidates boast a 45 WPM typing speed, strong Excel or Google Sheets skills, and a keen eye for detail. Experience with CRM tools is a plus, as is the ability to work independently from a home office.

Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and maintain data across spreadsheets, databases, and internal systems with high accuracy.
• Review source documents for completeness and flag discrepancies before processing.
• Perform routine data audits to identify and resolve errors or inconsistencies in records.
• Convert information from paper, PDFs, or legacy formats into digital databases or CRM systems.
• Respond to data requests from team leads and internal departments within agreed turnaround times.
• Meet or exceed daily/weekly productivity targets while maintaining an error rate below 1%.
