PadSplit is seeking a hands-on Data Engineer to build and maintain ingestion and transformation pipelines across Dagster (or Airflow), dbt, and Snowflake, with Python, Airbyte, and AWS support. You’ll help cover critical paths like the daily Postgres → Snowflake → dbt flow and third-party API loads, via reviewed PRs rather than one-off scripts.

You’ll work with the DE lead to shape models and pipelines, ensure reliability, and participate in code reviews and runbooks for on-call coverage.

Qualifications

• Hands-on data engineering with modern ELT pipelines.
• Experience building pipelines with Dagster or Airflow.
• Strong Python and AWS know-how.
• Familiarity with Snowflake, dbt, and Airbyte.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain ingestion and transformation pipelines.
• Push PRs for Dagster jobs, dbt models, tests, and docs.
• Handle AWS resources, S3, IAM, and ECS/Fargate basics.
• Troubleshoot production jobs and backfills.
• Collaborate with analytics and product teams on data modeling.
