Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, is seeking a Data Engineer, Onboarding based in the United States. You will build and maintain cloud-based data pipelines for healthcare data, leveraging Databricks, PySpark, Python, and Snowflake to support onboarding for customer implementations.

You will work with Implementation, Product, Support, and IT teams to map data, ensure quality, comply with HIPAA, and drive automation and documentation while tracking milestones in Monday.com.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in data engineering, ETL/ELT, and data warehousing.
• 2+ years Python and SQL hands-on experience.
• Experience with Databricks and PySpark.
• Knowledge of Snowflake and cloud data architecture.
• Healthcare data domain experience (RCM) preferred.
• Understanding HIPAA and healthcare data standards (EDI, 837/835).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines with Databricks, PySpark, and Python.
• Ingest, transform, and validate 837/835/EMR data to the target data model.
• Migrate data from legacy SQL Server to cloud platforms.
• Automate data processing workflows to reduce onboarding time.
• Implement data validation, quality controls, and reconciliation procedures.
• Collaborate with Implementation, Product, Support, and IT on mappings and onboarding tasks.
• Monitor data feeds and troubleshoot failures to ensure reliability.
• Document pipelines, data flows, and procedures for handoffs.
