Job summary

itD is seeking a Data Engineer IV to develop, maintain, and optimize scalable data solutions and engineering processes that support critical business initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in data engineering, Python, ETL, data architecture, and operational data workflows, with a track record of delivering reliable and scalable data solutions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in data engineering or a related technical field.
• Strong experience with Python and ETL processes.
• Experience designing, developing, testing, and maintaining scalable data solutions.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage data engineering projects through full development and delivery lifecycle.
• Identify and support business initiatives from a data engineering perspective.
• Design, build, test, and maintain highly scalable data management systems.
• Develop, implement, automate, and maintain large-scale enterprise ETL processes.
• Build high-performance algorithms, prototypes, and proof-of-concepts.
• Evaluate and maintain data solutions to meet requirements and engineering practices.
• Collaborate with data architects, data modelers, and IT teams to deliver project goals.
• Attend internal meetings and contribute to practice materials and thought leadership.
