Job summary

InfoVision Inc. is seeking a Data Engineer – Data & AI, Supply Chain to design and implement scalable data pipelines on GCP. The role focuses on building enterprise data solutions with BigQuery, SQL and dbt, and aligning with cross-functional teams to deliver analytics-ready data products.

Responsibilities include optimization of data models, ETL/ELT pipelines, and production-grade reliability. You will thrive in a remote, Agile environment and mentor peers to raise engineering standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Data Engineering experience on enterprise data projects.
• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• BigQuery, SQL, and dbt proficiency demonstrated.
• Understanding of modern ETL/ELT architecture and large-scale data processing.
• Knowledge of data modeling techniques and analytics data warehouse design.
• Experience building scalable cloud-native data pipelines with Git/CI/CD.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement scalable data pipelines and data products on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Build and optimize enterprise data solutions using Dataproc, BigQuery, SQL, and dbt.
• Design data models supporting analytical and operational reporting requirements.
• Develop ETL/ELT pipelines to ingest and publish data from multiple enterprise systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Lead design discussions, perform code reviews, and ensure engineering quality.
• Optimize data processing performance, reliability, and cost across cloud platforms.
• Implement monitoring, testing, and operational best practices for production workloads.
• Contribute to reusable frameworks, standards, and documentation to boost productivity.
• Support production issue resolution and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in Agile delivery, sprint planning, estimation, and backlog refinement.
• Mentor team members.
