Staritas is seeking a Data Architect/Data Engineer to design, build, and optimize scalable data solutions for healthcare technology platforms. You will work with Software, Analytics, and Product teams to ensure data is accurate, secure, and accessible for decision-making.

Responsibilities include ETL/ELT development, data integration, and overseeing data models and warehouses. A strong focus on data quality, governance, and collaboration with cross-functional teams is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 3–5 years in data engineering, data integration, or related.
• Experience building ETL/ELT pipelines and data workflows.
• Hands-on with relational and non-relational databases.
• Experience supporting enterprise reporting and BI solutions.
• Experience in Agile environments.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes.
• Build data integrations across internal and external systems.
• Develop and maintain data warehouses, data marts, and models for reporting.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and availability across assets.
• Monitor and optimize pipeline performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with engineers to integrate data into applications.
• Translate data requirements into technical solutions with stakeholders.
• Implement data validation and governance processes.
• Support data governance, privacy, and regulatory compliance.
