Job summary

Dragos, the global leader in xOT cybersecurity, seeks a Data Engineer to join the Data Engineering Community. You will design scalable data pipelines, model complex sources, and implement data integrations aligned with governance and analytics needs.

The role focuses on data contracts, observability, and collaboration with product teams to build telemetry-driven features for customer-facing products. Remote-first team across North America; strong cloud-native and containerized environments

Qualifications

• 7 years of data engineering experience.
• Experience with dimensional modeling and incremental data models.
• Experience implementing data observability frameworks and data contracts.
• Proficiency in Go, JVM languages, Python, or Node.js with cloud-native architectures.
• Experience with data integrations across platforms and systems.
• Knowledge of integrating cloud and on‑premises technologies in industrial environments with deployments on Kubernetes and Docker.

Responsibilities

• Create sustainable data contracts that address governance requirements.
• Model complex data sources into performant analytics.
• Design and implement data integrations with SIEM platforms (e.g., Sentinel, Splunk).
• Develop a data transformation layer central to analytic processes.
• Collaborate with product engineering to deliver data solutions for customer-facing products.
• Contribute to tooling for observability, lineage tracking, and configuration validation.
