MedReview is seeking a remote Data Engineer to join our Innovation and Development team in the USA. This full-time role focuses on building end-to-end data pipelines on Azure, optimizing ClickHouse for large-scale analytics, and enabling real-time ML workflows with MLOps practices.

You will collaborate with data scientists to deploy, monitor, and retrain models while upholding HITRUST/HIPAA security standards and scalable architecture for rapid data acquisition from healthcare sources.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data engineering with Azure data services.
• Expert in Python and SQL.
• Experience with ClickHouse or similar columnar stores.
• Knowledge of ML lifecycle and MLOps tools.
• Healthcare data experience and HITRUST/HIPAA security knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain end-to-end data pipelines on Azure for healthcare data.
• Tune and manage ClickHouse for fast analytics on large datasets.
• Structure data to support ML lifecycle from feature engineering to model inference.
• Collaborate with data scientists to implement CI/CD for models and pipelines.
• Ensure security and compliance per HITRUST/HIPAA standards.
