Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Economics, or Healthcare Informatics.
• 3+ years in healthcare analytics, operations or BI/data analytics with visualization tools (Power BI, Qlik Sense, Tableau, etc).
• Experience in data summarization and presenting data analyses.
• Ability to evaluate data sources and select efficient extraction/analysis tools.
• Proficient with relational databases and data query tools (SAS, SQL, etc).
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct data analyses to support operational and strategic recommendations.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to enhance decision-making.
• Document data definitions, methodologies, and reporting processes.
• Monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights.
• Present data findings at internal/external meetings and drive resulting actions.
• Oversee data analysis and reporting timelines to meet business requirements.
• Serve as a resource for researching claim and provider issues and propose resolutions.
