Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or Healthcare Informatics is required.
• 3+ years in healthcare analytics, operations or BI/data analytics with visualization tools (Power BI, Qlik Sense, Tableau).
• Experience with data summarization and developing/presenting analyses.
• Ability to evaluate data sources and select efficient extraction/analysis tools.
• Proficient with relational databases and data query tools (SAS, SQL).
• Strong problem solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to influence across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Conduct data analysis to support operational and strategic recommendations.
• Develop and maintain data visualization tools (dashboards/reports) to enhance communication and support decision-making.
• Document data definitions, methodologies, and reporting processes.
• Monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights.
• Present data analysis findings and collaborate on resulting actions.
• Oversee data analysis and reporting timelines to meet business requirements.
• Research claim and provider issues, identify root causes, and present resolution recommendations.
