Job summary

WPS Health Solutions is seeking a Provider Network Reimbursement Analyst to analyze data, support operational decisions, and present actionable summaries that drive strategic growth in the payer network. You will develop and maintain dashboards, monitor KPIs, document methodologies, and provide insights to stakeholders.

Collaboration with clinical and financial teams will be essential to optimize provider reimbursement strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or Healthcare Informatics
• 3+ years in healthcare analytics, operations or BI/data analytics with visualization tools
• Experience with data summarization and presenting analyses
• Proficient with relational databases and data query tools (SAS, SQL)
• Strong problem solving and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Conduct data analysis to support operational and strategic recommendations.
• Develop and maintain data visualization tools (dashboards/reports).
• Document data definitions, methodologies, and reporting processes.
• Monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights.
• Present data findings at meetings and drive actions.
• Oversee data analysis and reporting timelines.
• Research claim and provider issues and propose resolutions.
