Job summary

Federal Express Corporation is seeking an Associate Digital Product Manager II. You will own the delivery of discrete features from concept to launch, write user stories, and gather user feedback to drive improvements.

You will partner with design, engineering, and operations to track product usage with data, support sprint planning, and contribute to roadmaps. This remote role allows work across the United States with occasional campus collaboration.

Qualifications

• Digital Product & Lifecycle Experience: Proven experience supporting or collaborating within digital product teams across the full software development lifecycle.
• Defect & Issue Management: End-to-end defect management, triaging, prioritizing, and driving resolution with PMs and engineering.
• Product Support & Operations: Background bridging customer issues and technical backlogs.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to partner with Product Management, QA, Engineering, Customer Support, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the delivery of discrete features or enhancements from concept to launch.
• Write and maintain user stories and acceptance criteria with increasing independence.
• Gather feedback from users and stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities.
• Partner with analysts to track product usage and inform decisions with data.
• Help facilitate sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives.
• Ensure product documentation and status updates are clear and current.
• Contribute to roadmap discussions and strategic planning with your team.
