Job summary

Fulton Bank is seeking a data analytics professional to support the Consumer Compliance Department. The role focuses on developing reports, dashboards, and metric-level analysis to identify, monitor, and report consumer compliance risk.

You will partner with Enterprise Risk Management, Internal Audit, and IT to deliver governance data for risk assessments and regulatory reporting. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in data analysis and familiarity with banking systems, with strong skills in Power

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or the equivalent experience. (Preferred: specialty data analytics, data science, computer science)
• 5+ years data analysis, report development and familiarity with banking-related systems/databases in support of Audit or Compliance Testing (Required)
• 5+ years banking operations, compliance operations, banking/compliance systems reporting/data management or data analysis experience (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Source, compile, convert, organize and transfer data from various sources to support Compliance Management programs.
• Develop, maintain, and analyze KRIs, KPIs, and compliance metrics across products and channels.
• Design, create and maintain consumer compliance dashboards and reporting.
