Job summary

Fulton Bank is seeking a data analytics professional to support the Consumer Compliance Department by building reports, dashboards and analytics to monitor consumer compliance risk. You will partner with Risk Management, Internal Audit, and IT to deliver data-driven insights and governance across CMS data.

The role emphasizes data integrity, KRIs/KPIs, and timely regulatory reporting, with a hybrid work arrangement within the Fulton Bank footprint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field; data analytics, data science or computer science preferred.
• 5+ years data analysis, report development, and banking systems reporting experience.
• CRCM or other relevant certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Source, compile, transform, and validate data to support Compliance Management programs.
• Develop and maintain KRIs, KPIs, and compliance metrics across products and channels.
• Create, maintain dashboards/reports for Compliance Monitoring, Testing, CRA, Fair Lending, and UDAAP.
• Collaborate with IT and data teams to ensure data models and reporting outputs meet requirements.
• Provide validated data populations, exception reporting, and trend analyses for risk assessment.
• Lead data validation efforts and ensure data integrity with proper controls.
