Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
• 10+ years in mechanical commissioning across utilities, life safety, building systems, and O&M.
• 2-3 years documenting L2/L3 activities and leading L4/L5 testing for data center commissioning.
• Working knowledge of ASHRAE, NFPA, and TAB mechanical testing and code requirements.
• Understanding of the construction process.
• US Citizenship required.
• Must be able to clear a background check.
• Ability to travel up to 95%.

Responsibilities

• Lead and perform mechanical commissioning activities, including QA/QC and Functional Performance testing.
• Oversee equipment and systems start-up for data center environments.
• Support and document L2/L3 commissioning activities.
• Lead L4/L5 testing for data center commissioning.
• Coordinate directly with clients, project stakeholders, and contractors.
• Focus on operational performance and efficiency throughout commissioning process.
