Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Data Center Commissioning Project Engineer (Mechanical and/or Electrical) for a full-time remote role with travel in the United States. The position offers a competitive base salary between $90,000 and $160,000, plus bonus, 401K with matching, unlimited PTO, and comprehensive health benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Data Center Commissioning experience (Electrical/Mechanical).
• Willingness to travel up to 75% for project work (expenses paid).
• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
• Experience diagnosing and solving construction and operational problems.

Responsibilities

• Lead data center commissioning activities across projects.
• Develop and review functional test plans and execute tests for MEP systems.
• Support retro‑commissioning and energy studies as part of project delivery.
• Coordinate with design teams to meet scope, fee and schedule.
