Job summary

Meade is seeking a licensed Professional Electrical Engineer (PE) to support our Data Center Load Management (DCLM) needs. This role will develop, review, and seal electrical plans, specifications, and load calculations for existing data center environments, ensuring compliance with codes and standards.

The ideal candidate will have strong Excel skills and experience with data center design and load management, along with a mindset for automation and innovation.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Professional Electrical Engineering design experience in the construction industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Active PE license with ability to seal documents.
• Strong knowledge of electrical distribution and design documentation.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for complex formulas and models.
• Familiarity with data center design or mission-critical environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop, Review, and seal electrical drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Support data center electrical design and load management.
• Lead or participate in customer meetings to discuss technical requirements.
• Identify opportunities to automate engineering and load-planning processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to implement load management solutions.
