Job summary

STACK INFRASTRUCTURE is seeking a Manager of Civil Engineering to lead civil design for data center development projects. You will supervise engineers and consultants, drive site due diligence, and ensure design solutions meet regulatory and safety requirements.

Remote role with up to 25% travel. Benefits include healthcare, dental, vision, life insurance, and PTO. PE license preferred; 5+ years in site design and data center development are expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in site design and permitting.
• 2+ years developing data center sites, preferably hyperscale.
• Proficient with site due diligence and entitlement processes.
• Experience with AutoCAD/Civil 3D for civil design.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional Engineer license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of civil engineers and consultants.
• Ensure compliance with codes, standards and safety policies.
• Review and approve engineering plans, specs and reports.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects and stakeholders.
• Develop budgets, policies and procedures to support infrastructure.
