Job summary

Jacobs is seeking an Architect-Associate to design and administer building projects across data centers, commercial, and advanced manufacturing sectors. You will mentor staff, collaborate with leads, and support teams across disciplines.

Role requires a Bachelor of Architecture, 5+ years of experience, strong code knowledge, and travel across the United States. This hybrid US-wide role reports to a local Jacobs office for meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Architecture from an accredited program.
• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Experience with Revit, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite.
• Strong knowledge of building codes and regulatory requirements.
• Understanding scopes of work, budgets and schedules.
• Ability to lead small architectural teams and work across teams.
• Willingness to travel within the United States.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellence in all project phases from planning through construction administration and close-out.
• Collaborate with technical leadership and engineering discipline leads to understand design intent and outcomes.
• Mentor less experienced professionals and coordinate multi-team efforts.
