Ladders seeks a Data Architect to shape the enterprise data foundation for analytics, integration, and operational decision‑making across a complex manufacturing environment.

You will design scalable architectures that connect on‑premise and cloud‑based systems while enabling reliable data movement across the organization. This is a hands‑on role partnering with data engineers and analysts to improve data quality, governance, and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in data architecture or data engineering with hands-on approach.
• Expertise in Databricks, including building data pipelines and Spark-based transformations.
• Proficiency in relational database development across platforms like SQL Server or PostgreSQL.
• Strong experience with data integration from ERP and CRM systems such as SAP, Oracle, and Salesforce.
• Proficient in SQL and Python for data transformation and automation.
• Solid understanding of data governance principles and data security best practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable data architectures in hybrid cloud and on-premise environments.
• Lead data integration from multiple enterprise systems, including ERP and CRM.
• Develop and optimize robust ETL/ELT pipelines using distributed data processing frameworks.
• Oversee large-scale data migration projects ensuring data integrity and minimal disruption.
• Design and maintain logical and physical data models for various use cases.
• Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to enhance data solutions.
• Ensure performance and reliability of data workflows through best practices.
