The contract role focuses on connecting Monday.com with EMM/Unica and related platforms, defining mappings, synchronization rules, and governance while treating EMM/Unica as the system of record.

The role requires 7+ years in integration and architecture, with hands-on experience in SaaS integrations, APIs, and data flows across marketing stacks.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in systems integration, solution architecture, data architecture, or enterprise application design.
• Experience integrating SaaS platforms, enterprise workflow tools, and marketing or campaign systems.
• Strong knowledge of APIs, webhooks, middleware, ETL/iPaaS frameworks, and data mapping.
• Experience with system-of-record design, identity management, deduplication, and synchronization logic.
• Strong understanding of data governance, exception handling, and reconciliation practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture for integrating Monday.com and EMM/Unica.
• Define system interaction patterns and data flows between platforms.
• Establish shared identifiers, field mappings, transformation rules, and deduplication processes.
• Define rules for record creation, updates, and status synchronization across systems.
• Partner with business and platform teams to determine data ownership, timing of transfers, and system responsibilities.
• Design error handling, exception workflows, audit tracking, and reconciliation processes.
• Collaborate with developers, administrators, business analysts, and platform owners during implementation.
• Ensure integration design supports scalability, performance, governance, and reporting needs.
• Document architecture decisions, integration logic, and technical dependencies.
• Support testing, release planning, and post-launch stabilization.
• Identify risks related to data quality, duplicates, sync failures, and reporting discrepancies
