Job summary

Omni Federal seeks a Data Architect to own the end-to-end data architecture strategy for the ACPE GROUND capability. You will define data models, integration patterns, metadata management, governance standards, and data quality across diverse sources to enable AI-enabled search, analysis, and decision support.

You will collaborate with the Solutions/Systems Architect, RMF specialists, and Government stakeholders to ensure alignment with mission objectives, and you will produce architecture

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8–10+ years of data architecture/engineering experience.
• Proven experience designing scalable data architectures and models.
• Strong knowledge of governance, metadata management, and MDM.
• Experience with data integration across enterprise systems and APIs.
• Experience defining architecture standards and data quality controls.
• Ability to obtain and maintain an active Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end data architecture strategy for the ACPE GROUND capability.
• Design scalable data architectures and data models across multimodal sources.
• Define ingestion, structuring, integration, and secure availability for AI-enabled search.
• Establish metadata management and data analysis frameworks.
• Develop data governance, quality, security, and architecture standards.
• Define integration approaches across enterprise systems and APIs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align with mission objectives.
• Create architecture artifacts and documentation for accreditation packages.
• Communicate decisions to Government stakeholders and teams.
