Koniag Data Solutions, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking an experienced Data Architect to support CTIS‑M modernization for RG workflows. This fully remote role will design data architectures, data models, and integration frameworks while aligning with federal standards and FOIA-ready audit capabilities.

The role requires extensive enterprise data architecture experience, Azure SQL proficiency, and Agile delivery in a government context. Public Trust clearance is a prerequisite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Extensive experience in enterprise data architecture and relational modeling for large workflow-driven systems.
• Expertise in Azure SQL, T-SQL, performance tuning, and cloud data engineering.
• Experience with Agile Scrum environments and Azure DevOps/TFS.
• Experience with integration platforms (MuleSoft or similar).

Responsabilités

• Guide CTIS‑M Azure SQL data architecture supporting all Regulated Garbage workflows.
• Develop conceptual, logical, and physical data models, ER diagrams, metadata structures.
• Ensure data structures comply with USDA/FEA/federal requirements and governance standards.
• Translate requirements into automated data flows and scalable relational schemas.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure audit capabilities and regulatory alignment.
