RegEd is seeking a Data Architect to own the design and evolution of a cloud-native, multi-tenant data platform serving 200+ clients. You will architect a metadata-driven data integration platform using Databricks, Azure Data Lake Storage Gen2, and the Unity Catalog, enabling flexible ingestion via mappings and transformations.

You will collaborate with data engineering, platform engineering and product teams to deliver new features, define architectural patterns, and drive governance with Unity

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in data science and development.
• Strong knowledge of data modeling, data warehousing, and data integration techniques.
• Experience with programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL.
• Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop and Spark.
• Experience with cloud-based data solutions such as AWS and Azure.

Responsabilités

• Own the design and evolution of our cloud-native data platform serving 200+ clients.
• Lead architecture of a metadata-driven data integration platform built on Databricks, Azure Data Lake Gen2, and Unity Catalog.
• Drive Azure Data Factory and Databricks pipeline architecture and data governance model.
• Collaborate with data engineering, platform engineering and product teams to deliver new features.
• Translate business requirements into durable architectural patterns and governance policies.
