Job summary

Dexcom is seeking a Data Analytics Engineer II – AVEVA PI to join our global manufacturing data platform. You will turn factory signals into actionable intelligence by building data pipelines, dashboards, and integrations with PLCs, OPC UA, and databases.

The role involves developing applications in Python and JavaScript, administering AVEVA PI, and supporting validation, documentation, and 24/7 operations as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline with 2–5 years of related experience or Master’s with 0–2 years’ equivalent experience.
• Strong programming and SQL skills.
• Experience with AVEVA PI, PLCs/OPC UA, and IBM Maximo.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and administer AVEVA PI systems.
• Develop applications in Python and JavaScript.
• Build data pipelines and dashboards using BigQuery and Tableau.
• Contribute to validation/documentation and support activities.
