Job summary

ADLIB Recruitment | B Corp™ is seeking a Data & Analytics Manager to shape the data strategy for a global organisation. This remote role combines strategic leadership with hands-on analytics across the data warehouse, governance, reporting and BI functions.

You will own the BigQuery data warehouse, drive KPIs with leadership, and mentor a small team while providing hands-on analytics to the organisation’s distributed international workforce.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience leading data, analytics or BI functions
• Advanced SQL skills
• Experience owning data governance frameworks
• Experience delivering reporting, dashboarding and business intelligence solutions
• Experience managing stakeholders at senior leadership level
• Experience leading and developing teams
• Knowledge of GDPR, privacy and data security best practice

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the organisation's data strategy, governance and reporting
• Own the BigQuery data warehouse architecture, access controls and reporting structures
• Oversee BI, dashboards and self-service reporting, ensuring data quality
• Provide mentorship and direction to a small data team while remaining hands-on with analytics
