The Data Analysis Intern role will help brainstorm and develop creative research projects using Open the Books' database to highlight government waste.

Qualifications

• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and data analytics tools.
• Experience with visualization tools like Tableau, PowerBI or comparable tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work with Deputy Policy Director to understand datasets.
• Analyze datasets to draw interesting conclusions.
• Brainstorm and pitch comparative analyses to inform taxpayers.
