Job summary

Retensa invites a Data Analytics Associate (Fall 2026) to join our AI Technology team on a stipend internship. Work on predictive analytics, HR metrics, and data visualization within Talent Management. This remote role targets master’s candidates and offers real-world exposure to management consulting and cloud-based tech.

Time/Compensation: 24-32 Hours per week, 14 weeks; a stipend of $500-$1000 will be provided upon completion. Location: Remote, EST +/- 3 hours.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a master’s degree with a 3.0+ GPA required.
• Strong time management in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in at least three of: Advanced Excel, R/SPSS, Python/SQL, ML, Data Visualization.
• Experience in HR/OD or data analytics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage in HR metric analytics and data visualization projects.
• Support organizational assessments and cross-functional initiatives.
• Contribute to predictive analytics and talent management initiatives.
