Harrison Clarke, a fast-growing, fully remote SaaS platform in the creator/media space, is hiring a Data Analytics Engineer to embed with its Ad Network team. This net-new role sits between analytics and data engineering, building the data foundation and reporting layer to drive growth for publishers and advertisers.

You’ll design data models, standardize KPIs like CPC/CPA/CPM, and own BI dashboards while collaborating with a hands-on data leadership team in a lean, high-impact environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a Data Analyst or Analytics Engineer in SaaS or high-growth tech.
• Genuine data modeling on OLAP databases (ClickHouse, Redshift, BigQuery, Snowflake).
• Strong dbt experience with staging/intermediate/mart models and semantic layer.
• Hands-on BI/dashboarding with one or more tools (Metabase, Looker, Tableau, Sigma, Mode).

Responsibilities

• Design and build OLAP data models and transformation layers for reporting.
• Standardize KPIs and key metrics into a trusted single source of truth.
• Build and own BI dashboards; run deep-dive analyses to surface insights.
• Monitor data flows, quality, and instrumentation with the engineering team.
