Job summary

USA Cabinet Express is seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to transform complex data into actionable insights and support strategic decision-making across departments. You will design data models, build ETL pipelines, and create dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, Looker, and other platforms.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, apply SDLC best practices in analytics projects, and ensure data integrity in SQL Server and Oracle environments.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with SQL databases including Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle; strong query management skills are essential.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar platforms.
• Solid understanding of ETL processes and experience with ETL tools like Talend or equivalent.
• Strong programming skills in R and Python for statistical analysis and automation tasks.
• Knowledge of database design principles and experience working with SQL query optimization techniques.
• Familiarity with SDLC practices within analytics projects.
• Experience with business intelligence concepts including dashboard development, reporting tools, and linked data integration.
• Ability to analyze requirements thoroughly through requirements analysis techniques; excellent analysis skills are a must.
• Experience working within Agile environments; project management skills are highly valued.
• Technical proficiency in VBA scripting for Excel automation; Bash scripting is a plus.
• Knowledge of Visio for process modeling; familiarity with software development lifecycle analysis is advantageous.
• Strong business analysis skills combined with excellent communication abilities to translate technical insights into clear recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize data models and databases to support business intelligence initiatives.
• Design and implement ETL processes to ensure accurate and efficient data integration from multiple sources.
• Create dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, Looker, and other platforms to visualize key metrics.

• Utilize Talend, VBA, Bash, Visio, and Linked Data concepts to streamline workflows.
• Develop dashboards and visualizations that empower stakeholders to make informed decisions.
• Manage query performance and optimization across platforms.
