Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Data Analyst to partner with business stakeholders, translating needs into data solutions, metrics, and dashboards. The role focuses on BI insights, data governance, metadata, lineage, and security, supporting data quality initiatives across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in a quantitative field with at least 2 years of data analytics experience or a Master’s degree by start date.
• Master’s in Science/Technology/Engineering/Mathematics preferred.
• Experience with data governance and data quality management concepts/tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the business to translate needs into tools, metrics, and dashboards for insights and visualization.
• Drive analyses that yield actionable insights on business strategies.
• Promote and enforce data quality management principles including metadata, lineage, and business definitions.
• Collaborate with technology teams to manage security mechanisms and data access governance.
• Build and execute tools to monitor and report on data quality.
