Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Data Analyst to partner with business stakeholders to translate needs into data solutions. The role designs metrics and dashboards, delivers BI insights, and drives data quality governance.

The analyst will build monitoring tools for data quality and collaborate with technology teams on security and access controls. This remote contract (W2) position offers comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in a quantitative field with 2+ years data analytics experience, or a Master’s degree by start date.
• Experience with Python, R, Spark, or SQL.
• Experience with Snowflake and AWS services.
• Knowledge of data governance and data quality management concepts and tools such as Informatica DQ.
• Experience with Agile/Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Translate needs into tools, metrics, and dashboards for insights and visualization.
• Drive analyses yielding actionable insights on business strategies.
• Enforce data quality management principles including metadata, lineage, and definitions.
• Collaborate with technology teams on security and data access governance.
• Build and execute tools to monitor and report on data quality.
